GROUP CONCEPT | steampunk ERA
STEAMPUNK is a retro science subgenre inspiration that comes from the Victorian Age (1837-1901). The movement “reaches directly into the pocket of Victorian England and predicts what the world would be like today had its inhabitants and inventors prevailed over modern technology.
The post industrial revolution elements that are present in this era are the combination of corsets, top hats, goggles, and open-faced gears, hydraulics, and engines, which creates the hyper-visual identifier of the subculture.

GROUP EXPERIENCE
I had a really good experience with my group. At the start, everyone had offered insightful thoughts when discussing the group concept and then collectively agreed that the Steampunk concept was unique and that everyone can successfully execute. Because of this experience, brainstorming and deciding on something was never a problem.
All of us worked hand-in-hand. When one of the members seemed to have difficulty finishing her assigned task during the creation of mood boards, the others were there to assist; when someone was unable to report due to technical difficulties, another was willing to step up; and also all of the members were honest in their criticism of one another's work.
